Quality policy

Multitek has been awarded ISO-9001: 2008 Quality System Certificate since 2003 and this quality standard is applied with precision. 

Starting from the beginning of 2016, the new ERP program, Microsoft AXAPTA has been actively used for production, sales and after-sales services processes. Using a globally known application has made the firm's quality objectives viable at the top level. The design, production, sales and after-sales services within the company are defined in detail within this program, and are followed up by all related staff members. 

Company’s Quality Department is responsible for material input quality, internal quality control and product quality control.  Quality department performs the duty of quality control of the purchased, produced and sold products, monitoring the performances of suppliers and service dealers.

The mission of Multitek is:

Reaching to the farthest corners of Turkey with its domestic organization and aiming to become the most desired brand in the global market with its international organization.

The main objectives of the company are to emphasize importance of research and development, analysis, to improve the quality and productivity, and to provide after-sales services in the best way to provide consumer technology products.
